At Zenvy, we aim to deliver your products safely and on time. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Time
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery time varies based on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on orders above INR 2,500
- Standard shipping charges apply on orders below that amount.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID to monitor your shipment in real time. Please refer to our Shipping Policy
4. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package.
If undelivered, the order will be returned to us.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India.
6. Delays
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen situations such as weather conditions, festivals, or logistics issues. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
