1. What products do you offer?

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and product availability. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

5. Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, COD is available in selected locations. You’ll see the option at checkout if your area is eligible.

6. How do I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to check real-time updates on your delivery.

7. What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer easy returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery on most products, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Beauty & personal care products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship only within India (you can adjust this based on your store). We are working on expanding our delivery options soon.
